This house is perched on a sandstone outcrop, excavated to accommodate the home. This project is well constructed and detailed. Recycled black butt structural timber connects through stainless steel finish plates and finish, with open timber stairs featuring wire balustrade and calked timber flooring adding to the marine theme and technology throughout the home.
